Using our supercharged platform, your Family Advisor will communicate with you, get to know you, and take on your to-do list exactly the way you want it done — giving you more time and brainspace for the good stuff. Our Family Advisors are your Type A thought partners — and we think you’ll end up loving it! Handing over some of the tasks on your list gives you the bandwidth to stay in total control of the things you actually want and even like to do. If you hand off researching and registering your kids for activities next season, you can spend the extra time planning your annual neighborhood party. Just like you, we’re all about the details, so we understand the difference that extra time can make in your day, your week, and your month.

Faye Family Advisors can help with everything from snagging the best dinner reservation for date night to booking travel and sourcing contractors for that never-ending house project — all while making sure your kiddos get spots in their favorite after-school activities. The life list goes on and on! Because you’re working with one person who actually lives in your area, your Family Advisor can run the occasional errand — like picking up and delivering a wrapped birthday gift or dealing with a package return. But dishes, laundry, and other various in-home chores? Alas, that’s beyond our scope of service (as well as legal, medical, or financial tasks). But don’t worry, your Family Advisor can find you someone to help with that, too!

Our Family Advisors set their own pricing, but most offer two service levels and charge a monthly subscription fee. Our busiest clients pay ~$500/month for ~20 hours of support. We also have a starter package for ~$300/month, which includes about ~8 hrs of support. We want you to choose the best fit for your family. But! We also think that working with one person (not a “team” of people who just pull up your profile) who gets to know you and actually lives in your community will make a huge difference. Your Family Advisor will already know the best summer camps, will be proactive about snagging tickets to annual events and activities, and doesn’t need to be told which restaurants are the best in town

Yes! For the same price as a two-hour spa package, you can gift a month of FA support. No disrespect to a good seaweed wrap, but we think taking to-dos off someone’s plate is a longer-lasting way to give them actual relaxation.
