Most tasks can be handled within 15 and 30 minutes, but project-based tasks (like planning a trip itinerary) can take a few hours.

Depending on Advisor availability and distance, errand support is available in a pinch for clients on our 8 or 16-hour plans. If your to-do list is mostly in-person, like errand dropoffs, in-home visits, or contractor supervision, we’re not the best fit.

Yes. Many of our clients are CEOs, entrepreneurs, and small business owners, and Advisors regularly support business-related tasks. While we don’t handle bookkeeping, taxes, or highly specialized professional work, Advisors can help with tasks like:
All Faye Advisors come from strong professional backgrounds and are background checked, so you can trust them to use sound judgment and handle sensitive tasks with care.
That’s beyond our scope of service. Our Advisors typically handle tasks that can be completed outside of the home. If you're looking for in-person support, our Family Advisors can help you find the right person.
Yes. All Advisors are carefully vetted and go through a third-party background check. We also follow best practices for handling highly sensitive information. While all Faye content is encrypted in transit and at rest in our database, sensitive information shared in your “Secrets” tab receives additional layers of security.
We never store secrets in plain text. Instead, we use a separate secure system to encrypt and decrypt secrets upon every access. This ensures that even in the unlikely event of a full database breach, secrets remain inaccessible. Accessing these secrets is impossible without live authorization from the secondary secured system.
Advisors track the time they spend on each task, and you can view a breakdown anytime in your settings page. Time varies based on complexity — a quick call might take 5 minutes, while researching summer camps could take longer.
