Depending on Advisor availability and distance, errand support is available in a pinch for clients on our 8 or 12-hour plans. If your to-do list is mostly in-person, like errand dropoffs, in-home visits, or contractor supervision, we’re not the best fit.

We offer flexible monthly plans based on the level of support your household needs. Most of what you pay goes directly to your Family Advisor. Our Advisors are college-educated and based in the United States, so you're working with top-tier talent who understands you and your community.
No annual contracts here. Faye is a month-to-month service. We’ve purposely built it to be flexible, so you can pause or cancel anytime by letting your Advisor know before your next billing cycle.

Yes. All Advisors are carefully vetted and go through a third-party background check. We also follow best practices for handling highly sensitive information. While all Faye content is encrypted in transit and at rest in our database, sensitive information shared in your “Secrets” tab receives additional layers of security.
We never store secrets in plain text. Instead, we use a separate secure system to encrypt and decrypt secrets upon every access. This ensures that even in the unlikely event of a full database breach, secrets remain inaccessible. Accessing these secrets is impossible without live authorization from the secondary secured system.
Advisors track the time they spend on each task, and you can view a breakdown anytime in your settings page. Time varies based on complexity — a quick call might take 5 minutes, while researching summer camps could take longer.
